From: michaelj.glynn@astound.net Sent: Saturday, Auguslt 17, 2013 11:18 AM To: corinnes~cityofcampbell.com Subject: Tree permit To: City of Campbell The reason I am applying for a permit to remove the three cedar trees at 1084 Shady Dale is that the trees have been trimmed on one side by PG&E for years to keep them out of the power wires. There now is no growth on gone side of the trees.(as shown in the pictures I submitted) The trees have now become severely unbalanced and they present a danger of falling onto the nearby structures. They also present a danger of falling into the PG&E power wires that they have grown substantially over through the years.(as shown in the pictures I submitted) They also create quite a mess in the neighboring yards as well as the yard at 1084 Shady Dale. I hope this will clearly explains the reasons for removing these trees. Thank-you, Robert Glynn 8/ 19/2013
