Fence Exception - 2013CITY OF CAMPBELL Community Development Department November 19, 2013 William and Angela Banz 190 E1 Caminito Ave. Campbell, CA 95C-08 Re: File No: Pf,N2013-308 Address: 190 El Caminito Ave. Application: Fence Exception Dear Mr. and Mrs. Banz, The Community Development Director has conditionally approved your Fence Exception application to allow a seven foot fence (six foot fence with one foot lattice) along the side and rear property lines of the above referenced property, as shown on the submitted project plans. The Community Development Director has determined that the requested Fence Exception satisfies the required findings as specified by the Campbell Municipal Code Sec. 21.18.060.E. Your request for a Fence Exception has been approved, subject to the following conditions of approval: 1. The fence shall substantially conform to the approved plans stamped as received on October 31, 2013. 2. The applicant shall obtain a Building Permit from the Campbell Building Division prior to construction of the fence. This approval is final in 10 calendar days of the Community Development Director's decision, unless an appeal is received in writing at the City of Campbell Community Development Department by December 2, 2013. If an appeal is received, you will be immediately notified of its receipt.
