Extension - 2010CITY of CAMPBELL May 24, 2010 City Clerk's Office Gregory Whiteside 190 Sunnyside Avenue Campbell, CA 95008 Dear Mr. Whiteside: At its regular meeting of May 18, 2010, the Campbell City Council held a public hearing to consider your application for an Extension of Approval (PLN2010-18) for a Planned Development Permit (PLN2007-111) to allow construction of a new single family residence and the remodel of an existing single family residence on property currently approved for a lot split on property located at 190 Sunnyside Avenue in a P-D (Planned Development) Zoning District. After due consideration, the City Council adopted Resolution 11165 approving atwo- yearextension of approval for a Planned Development Permit to allow construction of a new single family residence and the remodel of an existing single family residence on property currently approved for a lot split on property located at 190 Sunnyside Avenue, subject to amended Conditions of Approval. A certified copy of Resolution 11165 is enclosed for your record. Please be advised the time within which judicial review of this action must be sought is governed by Section 1094.6 of the California Code of Civil Procedure, unless another statute (such as California Government Code Section 65009 or some other applicable provision of law) sets forth a more specific time period.
