Based on a review of the revised materials, your application remains incomplete. The following additional information and revisions to the plans are needed in order to continue processing of this application. ADDITIONAL MATERIALS 1. Tree Removal Permit: A completed Tree Removal Permit application, and associated fees, was not provided. Please return the enclosed application, identifying removal of any tree 12-inches in diameter (DBH) or greater, excluding fruit trees. 2. Color/Material Board: Provide a revised color/material board that reflects the revised design. 3. Color Elevation/Renderin~: Provide a color elevation or rendering, either on the Cover Sheet or as a separate sheet, within the project plans. 4. Data Table (Sheet 0.0): Provide asquare-footage value for the "Usable Open Space" area, which is open area between the two structure 6. Proposed Site Plan (Sheet A1.0): The following must be revised on the Proposed Site Plan: a. Correct the print size; the drawing does not conform to 10" scale. b. Revise the placement and/or size of the labels as they are impinging on the dimension lines and notations. c. Indicate proposed driveway paving materials (e.g., concrete, pavers, etc.). d. Indicate all proposed and/or new fencing, indicating height and materials, including the masonry pilasters and wrought iron gate indicated on the Landscaping Plan. 7. Floor Plans (Sheet A2.0): Revise the notation for the first floor "office" to indicate "bedroom". 8. Elevations (Sheets A3.0): Include the following height measurement on all proposed elevations. Please note that all measurements must be in relative values (feet and inches) and elevation benchmark (AMSL) levels established by the required grading and drainage plan: (1) Existing grade (2) Finished grade (3) Maximum structure height as measured from finished grade (4) Finished floors as measured from finished grade (5) Plate heights as measured from finished grade 9. Conceptual Landscaping Plan (Sheet L-1): Replace the proposed synthetic lawn with live groundcover material that can function as the "grassy swale" on the grading plan.
