Dear Mr. Dickerson:
The Community Development Director has reviewed your written request for aone-year
extension of a Planned Development Permit and Tree Removal Permit approval (City Council
Resolution Nos. 10831 & 10833) to allow the construction of four new small-lot single-family
residences and the removal of one protected tree on property with Tentative Parcel Map approval
(City Council Resolution No. 10832) to create four private lots and one common lot located at
1161 Virginia Avenue. The Director has administratively approved this extension for a period of
one year until November 6, 2010, with the following modifications to the Conditions of
Approval:
• Citv Council Resolution 10831 ~ Planning Division Condition of Approval la -Revised
Plans prepared by Architecture and Interior Design Group and stamped as received by the
Planning Department on September 27.2007, as modified:
1. The maximum height of all approved structures is 28 feet from natural grade. The
applicant shall incorporate four numerical elevations on the grading and drainages
plan; the site plan; and„ the building elevation sheets. These numerical elevations
shall include the existing grade, the proposed finished grade, the finished floor, acid

• City Council Resolution 10831 ~ Building Division Conditions of Approval 22 through
34 -Conditions 22 through 34 of Ciry Council Resolution 10831 have been replaced bl~
the revised Building Division Conditions of Approval 1 through I5. The revised
Building Division Conditions of Approval are required to assure that the proposed
project is in compliance with the current City of Campbell Regulations and the 2007
California Building Code.
All previous Conditions of Approval for Resolution Nos. 10831 and 10833 not modified above
continue to be in effect. A building permit must be obtained on or before November 6, 2010 or
the Planned Development Permit and the Tree Removal Permit approvals shall be void.

The above revised Conditions of Approval shall be stated in full, in addition to all previous
Conditions of Approval for Resolution Nos. 10831 and 10833 not modified above, on the cover
sheet of the construction plans submitted for a building permit.
