Hamilton Ave., #110 Administrative Planned Development Permit and Conditional Use Permit Dear Applicant: Please be advised that at its meeting of May 14, 2013, the Planning Commission took the following actions: 1. Adopted Resolution No. 4102 approving an Administrative Planned Development Permit (PLN2013-58) to allow the establishment of a restaurant use with outdoor dining within an existing vacant tenant space; and 2. Adopted Resolution No. 4103 approving a Conditional Use Permit (PLN2013-59) to allow the sale of beer and wine for on-site consumption as part of the establishment of a new restaurant on the above referenced property. This action is effective in ten calendar days, unless appealed in writing to the City Clerk by close of business on Friday, May 24, 2013. The time within which judicial review of this action rriust be sought is governed by Section 1094.6 of the California Code of Civil Procedure, unless another statute (such as California Government Code Section 65009 or some otrier applicable provision) sets forth a more specific time period.
