On April 5, 2012, the Community Development Director has approved your Administrative
Planned Development Permit (PLN2012-40) to allow the construction of a new carport structure
with roof mounted photovoltaic panels on property located at the above referenced address,
subject to the enclosed Conditions of Approval.
This action is effective in ten calendar days, unless appealed in writing to the City Clerk by 5:00
p.m. on April 16, 2012. If an appeal is received, you will be immediately notified of its receipt.
Otherwise, consider this approval final at the close of the ten day appeal period.
