Hamilton Avenue Application: Sign Permit -Food Mart Dear Mr. Ghaderi: The Planning Division has conditionally approved this Sign Permit application (PLN2011-289) for one wall sign, on property located at the above referenced address. The approved sign is a new 23.3 square foot internally illuminated wall sign on the southeast building frontage facing the intersection of Hamilton Avenue and Marathon Drive reading "Food Mart". This Sign Permit has been approved subject to the following Conditions of Approval: The applicant shall obtain any necessary building permits from the Building Division prior to sign in:;tallation. 2. The wall sign shall be fabricated and installed per the approved project plans, dated as approved on February 24, 2012. 3. The approved signage shall be maintained in good condition at all times and shall be repaired or replaced as necessary. 4. Paint and repair walls and remove all remnants of any previous signage.
