(circumference) Front Yard June 5, 2014 June 16, 2014 Basis of Decision: Based upon a review of the application materials and an inspection of the property, the Community Development Director has approved removal of the Cedar tree, finding that the tree is damaged and presents a danger of falling which cannot be reasonably controlled or remedied (satisfying Finding #1 -Diseased or Danger of Falling) and also that the tree interferes with utilities in a manner which cannot be reasonably controlled or remedied (satisfying Finding #3 -Utility Interference). Appeal Process: Decisions by the Community Development Director are final in 10 calendar days following the date of approval, unless an appeal is received in writing at the City of Campbell Community Development Department, 70 N. First Street, Campbell, prior to the end of the appeal period (June 16, 2014). A written appeal must be accompanied by the required $200 appeal filing fee. A copy of the Tree Removal Permit application, and all associated documents, are available for review from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the Community Development Department, City Hall, 70 North First Street, Campbell, California.
