The Community Development Director has determined that the requested Fence Exception satisfies the required findings as specified by Campbell Municipal Code (CMC) Sec. 21.18.060. Your request for a Fence Exception application has been approved, subject to the following conditions of approval: 1. Approved Project: The fence shall substantially conform to the approved plans stamped as received on September 30, 2013. 2. Private Improvement Agreement: Within 30 days of the effective date of this approval, the applicant shall enter in a Private Improvement Agreement with the Campbell Public Works Department to allow the private improvements approved by this Fence Exception to remain within the public right-of--way. 3.
