PLN2016-138 Public Hearing to consider the application of Jaime Arafiles for a Site and Architectural Review Permit (PLN2016-138) to allow for a 499-square-foot, single-story addition to the rear of an existing residence located at 1045 Salerno Drive. Staff is recommending that this item be deemed Categorically Exempt under CEQA. Planning Commission action final unless appealed in writing to the City Clerk within 10 calendar days. PLN2016-174 Public Hearing to consider the application of Leah Hernikl, on behalf of T-Mobile, for a Modification (PLN2016-174) of a previously approved Conditional Use Permit to allow the removal and replacement of three antenna panels and associated equipment on a PG&E Lattice Tower located at 1469 S. Bascom Avenue. Staff is recommending that this item be deemed Categorically Exempt under CEQA. Planning Commission action final unless appealed in writing to the City Clerk within 10 calendar days.
