Mr. Nigos,
The address you have given does not show in any City records. The parcel (412-05-038) has only 1 address which is 24 E:
Campbell Ave. the adjacent parcel (412-05-034) (Heros Comics) has the address of 28 E. Campbell Ave. .
The City records are very limited on this property. There is indication that the structure was constructed in 1940. The
County would have been the issuing agency at that time.
I suggest that you contact the County (Assessor, Recorder and Building Depts.) and obtain what records there are
concerning this property. We definitely have at least 1 living unit and possibly a duplex, but nothing to establish it other
than 1 unit.

Hello Bill,
We are the owners of the subject property. I am having a hard time finding out what the house/duplex is behind the
Heros comic shop. Our tenant has just moved out and we would like to remodel this existing building, but first we need
to know what it is. On title, it shows up as a duplex. Let me know what we need to do to figure this out.
