Adopted Resolution No. 4222 approving a Modification (PLN2014-330) to a previously- approved Conditional Use Permit (PLN2008-54) to allow installation of a hydrogen fuel dispensing facility within an existing 24-hour gasoline station and convenience market with approved beer and wine sales; and 2. Adopted Resolution No. 4223 approving a Tree Removal Permit (PLN2015-182) to allow the removal of one palm tree on the above referenced property. This action is effective in ten calendar days, unless appealed in writing to the City-Clerk by close of business on Friday, July 24, 2015. The time within which judicial review of this action must be sought is governed by Section 1094.6 of the California Code of Civil Procedure, unless another statute (such as California Government Code Section 65009 or some other applicable provision) sets. forth a more specific time period.
