At its regular meeting of June 21, 2011, the Campbell City Council held a public hearing
to consider your request for an Extension of Approval for a previously approved
Planned Development Permit (PLN2010-304) to extend a previously approved Planned
Development Permit (PLN2008-58) for the construction of four small lot detached single
family residences on property owned by Mr. and Mrs. David Sousa, located at 45-67
Kennedy Avenue in the PD (Planned Development) Zoning District. After due
consideration, the City Council adopted Resolution 11302 approving a two-year
extension of time (PLN2010-304) to extend a previously approved Planned
Development Permit (PLN2008-58) for the construction of four small lot detached single
family residences on property located at 45-67 Kennedy Avenue in a PD (Planned
Development) Zoning District, subject to Conditions of Approval. A certified copy of
Resolution 11302 is enclosed.
Please be advised the time within which judicial review. of this action must be sought is
governed by Section 1094.6 of the California Code of Civil Procedure, unless another
statute (such as California Government Code Section 65009 or some other applicable
provision of law) sets forth a more specific time period.
