Dear Mr. Babbitt:
At its regular meeting of June 16, 2015, the Campbell City Council held a public
hearing to consider your application for a Variance (PLN2015-67) to allow a
reduction in the number of utility poles to be removed and in the linear feet of
overhead lines to be replaced underground in association with apreviously-
approved 18-unit townhome project at 45-81 Kennedy Avenue in an P-D.
(Planned Development) Zoning District.
After public testimony .and .due consideration, the City Council took action to
adopt Resolution 11838 incorporating attached findings, approving a Variance
(PLN2015-67) to allow a reduction in the number of utility poles to be removed
and in the linear feet of overhead lines to be replaced underground in association
with previously-approved 18-unit town home project at 485-81 Kennedy Avenue,
subject to the attached Conditions of Approval.
A certified copy of Resolution No. 11837 is enclosed.
Please be -advised the time within which judicial review of this action must be
sought is governed by Section 1094.6 of the California Code of Civil, Procedure,
unless another statute (such as California Government Code Section 65009 or
some other applicable provision of law) sets forth a more specific time period.
