McGlincy Lane in a M-1--S (Light Industrial) Zoning District At the regular meeting of May 7, 2002, the City Council held a continued public hearing to consider an appeal by Mr. Richard Pasek of Planning Commission denial of a Site and Architectural Review Permit (PLN 2000-146) and a Conditional Use Permit (PLN 2001-97) to allow construction of a warehouse/office building with an on-site living facility on property located at 925 S. McGlincy Lane in a M-1-S (Light Industrial) Zoning District. After due discussion and consideration, the City Council took the following action: 1. Adopted Resolution 10012 upholding Mr. Pasek's appeal and overturning the Planning Commission denial of a Site and Architectural Review Permit (PLN 2000-146) for the construction of a new warehouse/office building on property located at 925 McGlincy Lane in an M-1-S (Light Industrial) Zoning District; and 2. Adopted Resolution 10013 upholding Mr. Pasek's appeal and overturning the Planning Commission denial of a Conditional Use Permit (PLN 2001-97) for an on-site living facility on property located at 925 S. McGlincy Lane in an M-1-S (Light Industrial) Zoning District. A certified copy of these Resolutions is attached for your files, together with a copy of the letter written to Mr. Pasek in follow-up to the City Council's action.
