Latimer Ave. Campbell, CA 95008 Dear Mr. and Mrs. Wills: At its regular meeting of June 16, 2015, the Campbell City Council held a public hearing to consider your application fora Modification (PLN2015-21) to a previously-approved Planned Development Permit (ZC 85-03) to allow a garage addition to an existing single-family residence and conversion of an existing garage to living area, on property located at 1206 W. Latimer Avenue in the P-D (planned Development) Zoning District. After public testimony and due consideration, the City Council took action to adopt Resolution 11837 approving a modification (PLN2015-21) to a previously- approved Planned Development Permit (ZC 85-03). A certified copy of Resolution No. 11837 is enclosed. Please be advised the time within which judicial review of this action must be sought is governed by Section 1094.6 of the California Code of Civil Procedure, unless another statute (such as California Government Code Section 65009 or some other applicable provision of law) sets forth a more specific time period.
