Landmark Designation - 2015Ciry Clerk's Office July 8, 2015 Chauncey & Yvonne Kendall 155 Alice Avenue Campbell, CA 95008 Dear Mr. and Mrs. Kendall: At its regular meeting of July 7, 2015, the Campbell City Council held a public hearing to consider your request for approval of a Mills Act Contract (PLN2015- 105) for property in the Alice Avenue Historic District located at 155 Alice Avenue; and an application for the designation of property located at 155 Alice Avenue as a Historic Landmark (PLN2015-105) located in the Alice Avenue Historic District in the R-1-6(H) (Single-Family Residential/Historical Overlay) Zoning District. After public testimony and due consideration, the City Council took action to adopt Resolution 11856 authorizing the City Manager to enter into a Mills Act contract with the you, the property owners of 155 Alice Avenue; and adopt Resolution 11857 designating the property at 155 Alice Avenue in the Alice Avenue Historic District as a Historic Landmark in the City of Campbell. Certified copies of Resolution No. 11856 and 11857 are enclosed. Please be advised the time within which judicial review of this action must be sought is governed by Section 1094.6 of the California Code of Civil Procedure, unless another statute (such as California Government Code Section 65009 or some other applicable provision of law} sets forth a more specific time period.
