Campbell Avenue Campbell, CA 95008 Dear Kirkorian Enterprises: ~~~~ At its regular meeting of May 1, 2012, the Campbell City Council held a public hearing to consider your application for a Zone Change (PLN 2011-166) from M-1 (Light Industrial) to P-D (Planned Development); Tentative Parcel Map (PLN 2011-167) to subdivide a parcel into two lots; and a Planned Development Permit (PLN 20.11-168) and a Parking Modification Permit (PLN 2012-69) to construct a 6,698 square foot industrial building on property located at 1075 Florence Way. After due consideration, the City Council took the following actions: Introduced Ordinance 2154 approving a Zone Change (PLN 2011-166) from M-1 (Light Industrial) to P-D (Planned Development); 2. Adopted Resolution 11394, incorporating Findings, and approving a Tentative Parcel Map (PLN 2011-167) to allow the subdivision of one industrial parcel into two; and 3. Adopted Resolution 11395, incorporating Findings, and approving a Planned Development Permit (PLN 2011-168) and incorporating a Parking Modification Permit (PLN 2012-69) to allow the construction of a 6,698 square foot industrial building. Certified copies of Resolution Nos. 11394 and 11395 are attached. Second reading of Ordinance No. 2154 is scheduled- for the City Council Meeting of May 15, 2012.
