Hi Chris - I was.assigned your Mod Pizza Sign Permit application. Unfortunately,. upon closer inspection, this
.application cannot be accepted. First it's lacking the proper property owner authorization. Secondly, the City's
Zoning Code requires an application for a Master Sign Plan for the entire shopping center be prepared in order
for this request to be considered (2+ signs). As such, the attached letter formally rejects the application. A
refund will be issued in 3-4 weeks. You may pick up your plans at our "will-call" box. If you fail to do so in two
weeks, your materials will be discarded.
