Dear Applicant:
Thank you for your October 15, 2015 application for two new wall mounted signs for "The Habit"
located at 2000 S. Bascom Avenue, Suite 100. The Planning Division has conditionally approved your
Sign Permit application (PLN2015-304) for construction of two, 43 square feet wall signs reading "the
Habit -Burger Grill" located on the west and south sides of a corner tenant space located at the above
referenced address. The Planning Division finds the signs, as conditioned below, are consistent with the
requirements and design standards of Campbell Municipal Code Section 21.30.080.A.
This Sign Permit has been approved subject to the following Conditions of Approval:
1. The applicant shall obtain any necessary building permits from the Building Division prior to sign
installation.
2. The signage shall be fabricated and installed per the project plans, dated as received on October 15,
2015, with the exception that Sign "B" may, as an alternative, be installed at the same height further
south on the west elevation such that it would be centrally located between the two support posts of
the awning
3. The approved signage shall be maintained in good condition at all times and shall be repaired or
replaced as necessary.
4. The subject tenant shall not be identified on the monument sign.
5. No temporary signs (e.g. banners, grand opening, promotional sales) shall be permitted without
prior approval of a temporary sign permit through the City of Campbell.
The following signs shall be prohibited: animated, moving, flashing, promotional devices, roof-
mounted signs, signs attached to trees or utility poles, signs on vehicles, "A" frame signs, and other
signs not otherwise first approved by the City of Campbell in writing.
7. This sign permit approval is limited to the approval of two 43 square-foot wall mounted signs. No
other site or architectural changes have been reviewed or approved under this permit (e.g. window
details, transformer details).
