Dear Applicant:
Please be advised that the Planning Commission, at its meeting of August 22, 2000, adopted
Resolution No. 3291 granting a limited term Conditional Use Permit to allow the use of two
parcels for a temporary parking lot in Downtown Campbell on the above-referenced properties.
This approval is effective in ten days, unless appealed in writing to the. City Clerk. The time
within which judicial review of this decision must be sought is governed by California Code of
Civil Procedure, Section 1094.6.
