Hamilton Ave Application: Fence Exception Status: Approved Dear Mr. Yee, The Community Development Director has conditionally approved your Fence Exception application for an eight-foot tall precast. concrete wall along the east and north sides of the above referenced property. The Community Development Director has determined that the requested Fence Exception satisfies the required findings as specified by Campbell Municipal Code (CMC) Sec. 21.18.060. Your request for a Fence Exception application has been approved, subject to the following conditions of approval: 1. Approved Project: The wall shall substantially conform to the approved plans stamped as received on July 29, 2016. 2. Buildin P~ ermit: Within 30 days of the effective date of this approval, the applicant shall obtain a Building Permit from the Campbell Building Division prior to construction of the wall. 3. New Fences/Walls: Any newly proposed fencing and/or walls shall comply with Campbell Municipal Code Section 21.18.060 and shall be submitted for review and approval by the Community Development Department. This approval is final in 10 calendar days of the Community Development Director's decision, unless an appeal is received in writing at the City of Campbell Community Development Department by September 12, 2016. If an appeal is received, you will be immediately notified of its receipt.
