The Planning Division has conditionally approved your Sign Permit application (PLN2016-
399) for construction of (1) 20 square foot wall sign reading "Bottle & Botega /Art Uncorked"
with a logo at the above referenced property. The Planning Division finds the sign, as
conditioned below, is consistent with the requirements and design standards of Campbell
Municipal Code Section 21.30.080.A.
This Sign Permit has been approved subject to the following Conditions of Approval:
1. The applicant shall obtain any necessary building permits from the Building Division prior
to sign installation.
2. The signage shall be fabricated and installed per the project plans, dated as received on
January 3, 2017.
3. The approved signage shall be maintained in good condition at all times and shall be
repaired or replaced as necessary.

Dear Applicant:
The Planning Division has reviewed your December 8, 2016 sign plan for a Sign Permit (PLN2016-
399) for one sign located at 2125 S. Winchester Blvd. Suite 110. Based on a review of the application
materials and the approved Master Sign Program for Merrill Gardens, your application has been
deemed incomplete. The following revisions to the sign plans are needed in order to continue
processing this application:
1. Address: Revise the address to read 2125 S. Winchester Blvd. Suite 110
2. Sign:
a. Secondary Lettering: Revise the "Art Uncorked" lettering to be individual face lit channel
letters consistent with the criteria described on Page O1 of the Master Sign Program
(enclosed) rather than the proposed cabinet/box.
b. Raceway Box: Provide additional information in the Side View drawing to confirm
compliance with the Master Sign Program specifications for the raceway box on Page O1.
c. Channel Letters: Provide additional information in the Side View drawing to confirm
compliance with the Master Sign Program specifications for the channel letters on Page O1.
d. Illumination: Indicate the illumination will be Warm White LED.
