Dear Mr. Pinn:
At its regular meeting of May 19, 2015, the Campbell City Council held a public
hearing to consider your request for authorization to proceed with a General Plan
Amendment to change the General Plan Land use designation of three parcels
located at 900 & 920 S. San Tomas Aquino Road and 1200 Smith Avenue from
Neighborhood Commercial to Low-Medium Density Residential.
After public testimony and due consideration, the City Council rejected your
request for an authorization to apply for a General Plan Amendment of three
• properties located at 900 and 920 S. San Tomas Aquino Road and 1200 Smith
Avenue from Neighborhood Commercial to Low-Medium density Residential.
Please be advised the time within which judicial review of this action must be
sought is governed by Section 1094.6 of the California Code of Civil Procedure,
unless another statute (such as California Government Code Section 65009 or
some other applicable provision of law) sets forth a more specific time period.
