Dear Applicant,
The Community Development Director has conditionally approved a modification to your Fence
Exception (Resolution No. 12049) for a solid 6 foot tall fence with 1 foot tall lattice along the driveway
between the fence notch and garage. The Community Development Director has determined that the
requested Fence Exception satisfies the required findings as specified by Campbell Municipal Code
(CMC) Sec. 21.18.060 and per CMC Sec. 21.56.060 the Director may approve minor changes to an
approved site plan and elevations. Your request for a minor change to a Fence Exception has been
approved, subject to the following conditions of approval:
1. Approved Project: The fence shall substantially conform to the approved plans stamped as
received on February 22, 2017.
2. New Fences/Walls: Any newly proposed fencing and/or walls shall comply with Campbell
Municipal Code Section 21.18.060 and shall be submitted for review and approval by the
Community Development Department.
