All that certain real property situate in the City of Camp-
bell, County of Santa Clara, State of California, described
as follows:
BEGI}rnING at the point of intersection of the section line
between Section 35, Township 7 South, Range 1 West and Section
2, Township 8 South, Range 1 West, Mount Diablo Base and
Meridian, with the Southeasterly line of that certain 10 foot
strip of land conveyed by Pacific Coast Aggregate Inc., a
corporation, to Ira A. Beal, et ux, by deed dated June 27,
1941 and recorded July 2, 1941 in Book 1051 of Official Records,
page 10;othence along said section between Sections 35 and 2,
North 89 45' 30" West 49.39 feet to a one inch iron pipe;
thence along a curvS with a radius of 652.40 feet through a
central angle of 14 14' 06" for an arc distance of 162.09
feet to the most Northerly corner of the parcel of land
described in the deed from Herbert H. Todd, et ux, to County
Sanitation District No.4 of Santa Clara County, dated May 10,
1957 and recorded May 23~ 1957 in Book 3804 of Official Records,
page 694, thence South 0 20' West along the Easte51y line of
said parcel 394.15 feet to a pipe; thence South 89 40' East
62.28 feet to a pipe set at the most Easterly corner of said
County Sanitation District parcel, said point also located on
the Southeaster6Y line of the aforementioned 10 foot strip;
thence North 19 55' 20" East along said Southeasterly 439.98
feet to the point of beginning.
TOGETHER WITH and appurtenant to the above described parcel
of land, a non-exclusive right of way for the purpose of ingress
and egress over the following described parcels of land.
First: A strip of land 30 feet wide lying Northerly of and
adjacent to a line described as follows:
BEGINNING at the point of intersection of the section line
between Section 35, Township 7 South, Range 1 West, and Section
2, Township 8 South, Range 1 West, Mrnlnt Diablo Base and
Meridian, with the Southeasterly line of that certain 10 foot
strip of land conveyed by Pacific Coast Aggregates Inc., a
corporation, to Ira A. Beal, et ux, by deed dated June 27, 1941
and recorded July 2, 1941 in Book 1051 of Official Records,
page 10, Santa Clara County Records; thence abong said section
line between said Sections 35 and 2, North 89 45' 30" West
49.39 feet to a one inch iron pipe; thence along a curve to
the laft having a radius of 652.40 feet through a central angle
of 14 14' 06" for an arc distance of 162.09 feet to the North-
westerly corner of the above described parcel of land, the
Westerly terminus of said strip being the Northerly prolongation
of the Westerly line of the hereinabove described parcel of land
and the Easterly terminus of said strip of land being the South-
easterly line of the 10 foot strip hereinabove referred to.
Second: BEGINNING at the point of intersection of the section
line between Section 35, Township 7 South, Range 1 West, and
Section 2 Township 8 South, Range 1 west, Mount Diablo Base
and Meridian, with the Southeasterly line of that certain 10
foot strip of land conveyed by Pacific Coast Aggregates Inc.,

Records, page 448, Santa Clara County Records; thence along
said Westerly line of Camden Avenue, Southerly along the arc
of a curve to the left saving a radius of 220 feet, from a
tangent bearing South 9 47' 50" East through an angle of
110 34' 54" an arc distance of 44.47 feet; thence leaving
said westerly line of Camden Avenue, Northerly along the arc
of a curve to the left h8ving a radius of 20 feet, from a
tangent bearing North 21 22' 4411 west through an angle of
680 22' 46" for an arc distance of 23.87 feet; thence parallel
wi~h said section line between said Sections 35 and 2, North
89 45' 30" West 68.04 feet to the Southeasterly line of said
10 foot strip of land above referred to; thence alo~ the South-
easterly line of said 10 foot strip of land North 19 55' 50"
East 31.86 feet to the point of beginning, and being a portion
of Section 35 Township 7 South, Range 1 West, and a portion of
Section 2, Township 8 South, Range 1 West, Mount Diablo :Base
and Meridian.
