COND I TI ONS:
1. Existing structure to be removed or brought up to all
building and fire zone code requirements. If converted,
exterior to be of same type of construction as indicated
for new portion.
2. All parking spaces to Ge 10' x 20'.
3. Property to be landscaped as shown on plan.
4. Parking area to conform to Section 9319 of tne Campbell
Municipal Code.
S. Faithful Performance Bond in the amount of $1,000 to be
posted to insure landscaping within 6 months of completion
of building.
Section 9316.1 of the Campbell Municipal Code reads as follows:
Any approval granted under this section shall expire one hundred eighty
(180) days after the date upon which such approval was granted, unless an
extension for such approval is obtained by making written application for
same to the Planning Commission at least fifteen (15) days prior to the
expiration date of such approval.
No building permit shall be issued after the expiration date of any
approval until a new approval has been obtained in the manner provided
for in this chapter.

is hereby granted a Use Permit to construct a restaurant on property
known as 954 Camden Avenue subject to the following condition:
I. Applicant to enter into agreement for future L.I.D.
for public improvements on Camden Avenue.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Planning Commission of the City of
Campbell, California in regular session of the 2nd day of March,
1965.
SAID USE PERMIT to become valid on the 12th day of March,
1965.
