PUBLIC HEARINGS PLN2017-03 Public Hearing to consider the application of Northwest Signs, on behalf of Mod Pizza, for a Sign Permit (PLN2017-03) to allow one wall sign in excess of the number of allowable signs per business frontage with a sign area to exceed the maximum allowable sign area permitted for the business frontage located at 2000 S. Bascom Avenue, Suite 102. Staff is recommending that this item be deemed Categorically Exempt under CEQA. PLN2017-148 Public Hearing to consider the application of Kevin Roulin for an Appeal (PLN2017-148) of an Interpretation of the Community Development Director for Building Permit application BLD2017-292, requiring rear placement of the proposed garage on property located at 189 N. Third Street. Staff is recommending that this item be deemed Categorically Exempt under CEQA. PLN2017-161 Public Hearing to consider the application of WH Breakfast dba Uncle John's Pancake House for a Conditional Use Permit (PLN2017-161) and a Modification to apreviously-approved Administrative Planned Development Permit (PLN2015-311) to allow beer and wine service ("liquor establishment") in conjunction with an existing restaurant on property located at 2125 S. Winchester Blvd., Ste. 120. Staff is recommending that this item be deemed Categorically Exempt under CEQA. Tentative City Council Meeting Date: July 18, 2017. Project Planner. PLN2017-85 Continued Public Hearing (from the meeting of May 23, 2017) to PLN2017-86 consider the adoption of the Campbell Village Neighborhood Plan (PLN2017-85) and associated Text Amendment (PLN2017-86), to revise various sections of Title 20 (Campbell Subdivision and Land Development), and Title 21 (Zoning) of the Campbell Municipal Code to implement the plan. Staff is recommending that this item be deemed Categorically Exempt under CEQA. Tentative City Council Meeting Date: August 1, 2017. Project Planner: Stephen Rose, Associate Planner 5. (PLN2016-318) Public Hearing to consider an application for a Tentative Subdivision (PLN2017-153) Map to subdivide the property at 1180 Abbott Ave into seven single- (PLN2017-154) family residential parcels (PLN2016-318), Site and Architectural (PLN2017-155) Review for each of the seven homes (PLN2017-153); a tree removal (PLN2017-159) permit to remove three (3) protected trees (PLN2017-155), and a variance from the City of Campbell's undergrounding of utilities ordinance (PLN2017-159). Staff is recommending that a Mitigated Negative Declaration be adopted for this project (PLN2017-154).
