The Planning Division has conditionally approved your-Sign Permit application (PLN2016-254) for
construction of (1) 22 square foot freestanding sign reading "Campbell Inn" with a logo and the street '
. address at the above referenced property. The Planning Division fmds the sign, as conditioned below, is .
consistent with the. requirements and design standards of Campbell Municipal Code Section
2130.080.A.
This Sign Permit has been approved subject to the following Conditions of Approval:
1. The applicant shall obtain any necessary building permits from the Building Division prior to sign
installation.
2. The signage shall be fabricated and installed per the project plans, dated as.received on February
13, 2017, except per the agreement between Public Works staff and the business owner, the sign
shall be located a minimum of 18 inches from the existing back of sidewalk:
3.. The applicant shall enter into a Private Improvement Agreement with the Campbell Public Works
Department prior to issuance of a building permit.
4. The approved signage shall be maintained in good condition at all times and shall be repaired or
.replaced as necessary.
