Dear Applicant, The Community Development Director has conditionally approved your Fence Exception application for aseven-and-one-half-foot tall wood lattice fence adjacent to an existing six-foot tall fence along the rear (north) property line of the above referenced property. The Community Development Director has determined that the requested Fence Exception satisfies the required findings as specified by Campbell Municipal Code (CMC) Sec. 21.18.060. The Planning Division advises installation of one-and-one-half feet of lattice onto the existing six-foot tall fence, to prevent conflicts with post footings and to prevent creation of a space between two fences that collects debris. However, your request for a Fence Exception application has been approved, subject to the following conditions of approval: Approved Pr~ect: The fence shall substantially conform to the approved plans stamped as received on February 17, 2017. 2. Building Permit: Within 30 days of the effective date of this approval, the applicant shall obtain a Building Permit from the Campbell Building Division prior to construction of the wall. New Fences/Walls: Any newly proposed fencing and/or walls shall comply with Campbell Municipal Code Section 21.18.060 and shall be submitted for review and approval by the Community Development Department. This approval is final in 10 calendar days of the Community Development Director's decision, unless an appeal is received in writing at the City of Campbell Community Development Department by March 24, 2017.
