Dear Applicant,
The Community Development Director has conditionally approved your Fence Exception
application fora 1-foot lattice extension on a 6-foot tall street side fence located at a 5-foot setback
from the side property line, terminating +/- 4 feet south of the bay window, at the above referenced
property. The Community Development Director has determined that the requested Fence
Exception satisfies the required findings as specified by Campbell Municipal Code (CMC) Sec.
21.18.060. Your request for a Fence Exception application has been approved, subject to the
following conditions of approval:
1. Approved Project: The fence shall substantially conform to the approved plans stamped as
received on March 9, 2017.
2. Maximum Height: The maximum height of the fence shall be 7 feet tall, as measured from
the adjacent natural grade to the highest point of the fence.
3. New Fences/Walls: Any newly proposed fencing and/or walls shall comply with Campbell
Municipal Code Section 21.18.060 and shall be submitted for review and approval by the
Community Development Department.
This approval is final in 10 calendar days of the Community Development Director's decision,
unless an appeal is received in writing at the City of Campbell Community Development
Department by April 7, 2017. If an appeal is received, you will be immediately notified of its
