Dear Applicant,
The Community Development Director has conditionally approved your Fence Exception
application fora 7-foot tall side wall with three 7-foot 9-inch tall decorative posts at the above
referenced property. The Community Development Director has determined that the requested
Fence Exception satisfies the required findings as specified by Campbell Municipal Code
(CMC) Sec. 21.18.060. Your request for a Fence Exception application has been approved,
subject to the following conditions of approval:
1. Approved Project: The fence shall substantially conform to the approved plans stamped
as received on September 7, 2017.
2. Building Permit: Within 30 days of the effective date of this approval, the applicant
shall obtain a Building Permit from the Campbell Building Division prior to
construction of the fence/wall.
3. New Fences/Walls: Any newly proposed fencing and/or walls shall comply with
Campbell Municipal Code Section 21.18.060 and shall be submitted for review and
approval by the Community Development Department.
This approval is final in 10 calendar days of the Community Development Director's decision,
unless an appeal is received in writing at the City of Campbell Community Development
Department by September 29, 2017. If an appeal is received, you will be immediately notified
