On June 10, 2011 the Community Development Director approved your Tentative Parcel Map
(PLN2010-284) to allow a minor land division and demolition of all existing structures, and two
Administrative Site & Architectural Review Permits (PLN2010-285/286) to allow the construction
of a new 4,279 sq. ft. one story single on Parcel "A" and a new 5,214 sq. ft. two story single family
residence on Parcel "B" as shown on the Tentative Parcel Map, on property located at the above
referenced address, subject to the enclosed Conditions of Approval.
This action is effective in ten calendar days, unless appealed in writing to the City Clerk by 5:00
p.m, on June 20, 2011. If an appeal is received, you will be immediately notified of its receipt.
