new restaurant (LuLu's), pursuant to the Pruneyard Master Use Permit, subject to the
enclosed Conditions of Approval:
This action is effective in ten calendar days, unless appealed in writing to the Community
Development Department by 5:00 p.m. on August 4, 2017. If an appeal is received, you will be
