Continued Public Hearing (from the Planning Commission meeting of September 14, 2004) to consider the application of Mr. Jeff Warmoth, on behalf of Campbell Avenue Associates, LLC, for a Zone Change (PLN2004- 95) from C-3-S (Central Business District) to C-PD (Condominium Planned Development); a Planned Development Permit (PLN2004-96) and Tentative Subdivision Map (PLN2004-97) to allow the construction of a three-story mixed-use building accommodating 22 residential condominiums, 11,240 square feet of retail and 4,760 square feet of retail mezzanine space on property owned by the City of Campbell Redevelopment Agency located at 175-201 E. Campbell Avenue in the C-3-S (Central Business District) Zoning District. Staff is recommending that a Negative Declaration be adopted for this project under CEQA. Winchester Boulevard in a P-D (Planned Development) Zoning District. Staff is recommending that this project be deemed Categorically Exempt under CEQA. Campbell Avenue in a C-I-S (Neighborhood Commercial) Zoning District. Staff is recommending that this project be deemed Categorically Exempt under CEQA.
