Chapt 21.10 Massage usesPaul Kermoyan, Planning Manager Frorn: Wendy Wood, Deputy City Clerk gubject; Text Amendment for massage establishments Date: December 7, 2009 At the regular meeting of December 1, 2009, the City Council gave second reading to Ordinance 2126 to amend Campbell Zoning Code Section 21.10.040 (C-1) Neighborhood Commercial, 21.10.050 (C-2) General Commercial, 21.1.060 (C-3) Central Business District Zoning Districts to allow massage establishments as permitted use with a Zoning Clearance and sections 21.10.030 (P-O) Professional Office and 21.10.070 (C-M) Controlled Manufacturing as a permitted use required a Conditional Use Permit. Ordinance 2126 shall be effective 30 days following second reading. Attached is a certified copy for your record. The Clerk's Office will forward Ordinance 2126 to Municipal Code Corporation for codification in the next code supplement.
