Request: Flood Hazard Boundary Assessment
Dear Ms. Blumentha,
This letter is in response to a request for a Flood Hazard Boundary Assessment received by this
department on January 22, 2017. Based on a review of the FEMA Digital Flood Insurance Rate
Map #6085C0237H, effective date of May 18, 2009, the property is currently located within Zone
X (reference enclosed map). Zone X is defined as an area determined to be outside of the 0.2%
annual chance floodplain. In other words, the project site is not within an identified Special
Flood Hazard Area.
The City of Campbell is unaware of any unusual flood conditions that affect suitability of the
project and does not know of any unusual cost to the purchaser as a result thereof.
