Good Morning Amanda — I have approved Evan's revised seating plan as a "minor change" to his approved
outdoor seating clearance. I have attached a dated and stamped copy of the revised seating plan for your
records. If you have any questions, please let me know.
Thank you,
Daniel

Hi Evan,
Can you please send me a diagram (using the attached form) showing the new configuration of your entire premises,
inside and out? Please also send a separate letter or e-mail requesting that your space be reconfigured. I will need
written approval from Daniel for the change as well.
I believe we can license the reconfigured patio space as an informal premises change. I will need to talk to my supervisor
about this, either later today or tomorrow.
Normally, a condition modification can only be done once a license is active for one year or more. Now that your
premises space is adjacent to the storefront, the condition regarding service is not needed, but as it cannot be changed,
you should continue to abide by it until a condition modification can be done. Please have your staff continue to deliver
alcoholic beverages to patrons seated at the outdoor tables.
Sales and service of alcoholic beverages on said patio/terroc%they area shall be restricted to waiter/waitress service
and only to patrons seated at a table.
