The Planning Division has conditionally approved your Sign Permit application (PLN2018-
333) for (1) 40 square foot freestanding sign reading "7 Eleven" at the above referenced
property. The Planning Division finds the sign, as conditioned below, is consistent with the
requirements and design standards of Campbell Municipal Code Section 21.10.060.K.
This Sign Permit has been approved subject to the following Conditions of Approval:
1. The applicant shall obtain any necessary building permits from the Building Division prior
to sign installation.
2. The signage shall be fabricated and installed per the project plans, dated as received on
February 4, 2019.
3. The approved signage shall be maintained in good condition at all times and shall be
repaired or replaced as necessary.
