Dear Mr. Ruiz,
Thank you for your request for a Modification (PLN2018-252) of a previously. approved Conditional
Use. Permit (PLN2006-36) to allow the expansion of an existing restaurant with beer and wine sales
into an adjoining tenant space, an increase in the number of approved seats, and earlier operating hours
(starting at 7:30 a.m.) at the above referenced address. Pursuant to Campbell Municipal Code Section
21.3 8.03 O.D.2, in the case of a withdrawal, the community development director may, at the request of
the applicant, authorize a partial refund based. upon the pro -rated costs to -date and determination of the
status of the application at the.time of withdrawal.
Staff has completed an assessment of time expended on the. application to date and will be processing a
check reimbursement in the amount of $604.72 from your initial fees paid. The following is a summary
