Council Legal Ad for GPA CITY OF CAMPBELL Community Development Department CITY OF CAMPBELL NOTICE OF HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council for the City of Campbell has set the hour of 7:30 p.m. or soon thereafter on Tuesday February 19th, 2019, in the City Hall Council Chambers, 70 N. First Street, Campbell, California, as the time and place for a for a meeting to consider the application of Akbar Abdollahi requesting authorization to proceed with an application to amend the General Plan land use designation from Medium Density Residential (14-20 dwelling units per gross acre) to Low-Medium Density Residential (6-13 units per gross acre) for the property located at 202 W. Rincon Avenue. The residential land use designation is requested because the applicant is pursuing a small-lot 5-unit single-family development. Staff is recommending that this pre-application be deemed Categorically Exempt under CEQA. Interested persons may appear and be heard at said meeting. In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, listening devices are available for all meetings held in the Council Chambers.
