Dear Yasmin,
The Planning Division has conditionally approved your Sign Permit application (PLN2019-
112) to rebrand the existing gasoline station monument price ' sign and replace the wall sign
with a new 24.56 sq ft sign reading "Speedway". Additionally all the pump islands shall be
rebranded to Speedway, incorporating the color red and the brand decals. The Planning
Division finds the signs, as conditioned below, are consistent with the requirements and design
standards of Campbell Municipal Code Section 21.30.
This Sign Permit has been approved subject to the following Conditions of Approval:
1. The applicant shall obtain any necessary building permits from the Building Division prior
to sign installation.
2. The signage shall be fabricated and installed per the project plans, dated as received on
June 10, 2019.
3. The approved signage shall be maintained in good condition at all times and shall be
repaired or replaced as necessary.
