Rincon Ave Application: Fence Exception Status: Approved Dear Robert & Jeanne Moore, The Community Development Director has conditionally approved your Fence Exception application for a 6-foot tall side and rear yard fences with an additional 1-foot of lattice located at the above referenced property. The Community Development Director has determined that the requested Fence Exception satisfies the required findings as specified by Campbell Municipal Code (CMC) Sec. 21.18.060. Your request for a Fence Exception application has been approved, subject to the following conditions of approval: Approved Project: The fence shall substantially conform to the approved plans stamped as received on June 15, 2018, except as modified by the conditions herein. 2. Fence Height: The overall height of the fence shall be no taller than 7-feet above natural grade, consisting of a 6-foot tall side and rear yard fence with 1-foot of lattice above. 3. Fire Department Inspection: A Fire Department field inspection is required. The location of the gates and hardware will be verified at the time of field inspection. 4. New Fences/Walls: Any newly proposed fencing and/or walls shall comply with Campbell Municipal Code Section 21.18.060 and shall be submitted for review and approval by the Community Development Department. This approval is final in 10 calendar days of the Community Development Director's decision, unless an appeal is received in writing at the City of Campbell Community Development Department by July 19, 2018. If an appeal is received, you will be immediately notified of its receipt.
