Section 97-16.1 of the Campi.eli ,:unicipal Code reads as follows:
Any approval granted under this section shall expire one uundred eighty
(180) days after the date upon whic:i such approval was granted, unless
an extension for such approval is obtained by making written application
for same to the Planning Commission at least fifteen (15) days prior to
the expiration date of such approval.
No building permit shall be issued after the expiration date of any
approval until a new approval nas been obtained in the manner provided
for in this chapter.

"S" 67-63 Application of Ray Kanawyer for approval of seven
R. Kanawyer 4-unit apartment buildings located on property within
Tract #3618; Lots 11 and R2 (227 and 237 Hollis
Avenue); Lot 07 (235 Echo Avenue); and Lots I9, 10, 11, and 12 (220,
240, 250 and 260 Adler Avenue).
These 4-unit apartments a ^ of the same design and construction as
was previously approved for twelve other lots within this tract.
The lot eoverpges are as follows:

Staif recommends that the following conditions be attached to ipproval
of these plans:
RECOMMENDATIONS
1. Lots to be landscaped and fenced as indicated on plans.
2. Faithful Performance Bonds in the amount of ;500 for each lot
to be posted to insure fencing and landscaping within three
(3) months of completion. One bond may be posted to cover
all lots and such bond shall be kept in effect until all
landscaping has been completed. In lieu of the bond, the appli-
cant may file a written agreement to complete the landscaping
prior to receiving final Buildin„ Department clearance.
3. Landscaping and fencing plan, indicating type of fencing 4ad
plant material to be submitted for approval of the Planning
Director at the tine of application for Building Permit.
4. An enclosure, consisting of a concrete floor surrounded by a
6' high solid wall or fence shall be constructed on each lot
to house tIash container. Location of said enclosures to be
approved by Fire and Pla ming Departments.
The applicant is notified that as a part of this application he is
required to meet the additional conditions in accordance with ordi-
nances of the City of Campbell:

S. Applicant to obtain excavation permits for driveway approaches.
6. Parking and driveway areas to be developed in compliance with
Section 9319 of the Campbell Municipal Code.
' 7. Construction of Underground Facilities as required by Section
9110.6 of the Campbell Municipal Code.
The applicant is also notified that he shall comply with all other
applicable Codes or C.dinances of the City of Campbell which pertain
to this development and are not herein specified.
