These 4-unit apartments a ^ of the same design and construction as was previously approved for twelve other lots within this tract. Staif recommends that the following conditions be attached to ipproval of these plans: RECOMMENDATIONS 1. Lots to be landscaped and fenced as indicated on plans. 2. Faithful Performance Bonds in the amount of ;500 for each lot to be posted to insure fencing and landscaping within three (3) months of completion. One bond may be posted to cover all lots and such bond shall be kept in effect until all landscaping has been completed. In lieu of the bond, the appli- cant may file a written agreement to complete the landscaping prior to receiving final Buildin„ Department clearance. 3. Landscaping and fencing plan, indicating type of fencing 4ad plant material to be submitted for approval of the Planning Director at the tine of application for Building Permit. 4. An enclosure, consisting of a concrete floor surrounded by a 6' high solid wall or fence shall be constructed on each lot to house tIash container. Location of said enclosures to be approved by Fire and Pla ming Departments.
