The Community Development Director has approved your Administrative Planned Development
Permit application for establishment of a retail plant store with ancillary storage space and facade
improvement (no new floor area) of an existing commercial building on the above referenced
property, subject to the enclosed Conditions of Approval.
** Please copy the conditions of approval onto a full-sized plan sheet to be included in your
building permit application submittal.
This action is effective in ten calendar days, unless appealed in writing to the Community
Development Department by 5:00 p.m. on March 11, 2019 (appeal deadline extended due to
Holiday closure). If an appeal is received, you will be immediately notified of its receipt.
