The Community Development Director has approved your Administrative Site and
Architectural Review Permit application to allow an unconditioned patio enclosure, subject
to the enclosed Conditions of Approval. Please note that the Director required certain
design revisions to ensure that the patio enclosure properly integrates with the residence as
required by the San Tomas Area Neighborhood Plan.
This action is effective in ten calendar days, unless appealed in writing to the Community
Development Department by' 5:00 p.m. on November 26, 2018 (extended due to the
Thanksgiving holiday). If an appeal is received, you will be immediately notified of its receipt.
