"Late -night activities" is a conditional use in the C-1 zone and is defined as "land use activities operating between the hours of 11:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m., including, but not limited to,' the 'provision of goods and services to the public and all ancillary activities such as property maintenance, janitorial services, street and parking lot sweeping, deliveries, and similar activities." • Liquor sales and beer and wine sales allowed? "Liquor Store" is a conditional use in the C-1 zone and is defined as "a retail activity that is primarily devoted to the selling of alcoholic beverages, including beer and wine, for consumption off the premises." However, pursuant to Campbell Municipal Code (CMC) Section 21.36.110, any alcoholic sales establishments shall require a conditional use permit regardless of whether it is the primary or ancillary use. • Minute Clinic allowed? "Medical Services, Clinic" is a conditional use in the C-1 zone and is defined as "facilities primarily engaged in furnishing outpatient medical, mental health, surgical, and other personal health services.
