Dear Mr. Warmoth:
At its regular meeting of January 6, 2015, the Campbell City Council held a public
hearing to consider your application for a Zoning Map Amendment (PLN2014-142) from
P-D (Planned Development) to C-PD (Condominium -Planned Development) Zoning
District; a Tentative Subdivision Map (PLN2014-141) for condominium purposes
including vacation and abandonment of a public service easement and building setback.

use project consisting of 16 residential condominium units and 3,200 square feet of
ground floor retail and a Density Bonus to provide a greater level of affordability with a
reduction in parking standards, a Tree Removal Permit (PLN2014-143) and a Mitigated
Negative Declaration (PLN2014-144) on properties located at 2295 and 2305 S.
Winchester Boulevard.
After public testimony and due consideration, the City Council took the following
actions:
Adopted Resolution 11757 approving a Mitigated Negative Declaration
(PLN2014-144);
2. Introduced Ordinance 2188 approving a Zoning Map Amendment (PLN2014-
142) from a PD (Planned Development) to C-PD (Condominium Planned
Development) Zoning District for first reading;
3. Adopted Resolution 11758, incorporating Findings and approving a Planned
Development Permit (PLN2014-140) to allow the construction of a mixed -use
project with density bonus parking standards (16 residential condominium units
and 3,200 square feet of ground floor retail space), subject to Conditions of
Approval;
