Adopted Resolution No. 4398 recommending that the City Council approve a Planned Development Permit (PLN2016-257) to allow for fagade improvements, new mechanical entry gates, 'conversion of garports to carports (and adding new carports) enlargement of existing trash enclosures, conversion of private patio areas to common open space, alterations to existing staircases and installation of new lighting fixtures; and 2. Adopted Resolution No. 4399 recommending that the City Council partially approve a Tree Removal Permit _(PLN2017-200) for the removal of seven of the ten protected trees requested for removal in an existing apartment community (d.b.a. The Parc at Pruneyard), located on the'above-referenced property. This item is tentatively scheduled for public hearing before the City Council, at its meeting of September 6, 2017.
